Here's what's new in this update:
Subsection navigation now highlights the current section if applicable.
Fixed bug that prevented Windows servers from displaying the email-page form correctly.
Fixed bug that broke the email-to-author feature of the email form.
Fixed bug that prevented turning off the full-text RSS feed option, even when the option was unchecked in the site's RSS preferences.
Fixed bug that prevented <%subnavigation%> widget's direction attribute and
preference from being honored properly.
Fixed a bug that caused the <%subnavigation%> and <%pulldown%> widgets to
display nothing at all inside sections set to be suppressed from navigation.
Added rel="bookmark" attribute to headline links for the benefit of some search engines.
Added privacy policy text to email form.
Fixed a style bug in Internet Explorer that caused a gap to appear below horizontal dropdown navigation.
Fixed CSS style bug that blocked background color changes for subnavigation menu items in the style editor.
New installations now get their time zones set by default to the server's local time zone.
