Big Medium 2.0b16: "Thunderbolt"

The "Thunderbolt" beta update addresses a handful of bugs, including
a bug that prevented completion of the setup wizard on Windows servers,
plus a healthy regimen of performance improvements under the hood.

Upgrading from v2.0b14 or earlier?
Several new installation steps are required if you're upgrading from
2.0b14 or earlier. Please follow the complete update instructions that come with the
download package and do a complete upgrade by uploading all of the files
in the package as described in the instructions.
Upgrading from v2.0b15?
If you're upgrading from v2.0b15, you can upgrade by uploading only the
following files and directories listed below.
When uploading, make sure that your FTP client is set to "plain text" or
"ASCII" mode when you upload the following files.

Here's what's new in this update:
- Fixed bug that prevented completion of the setup wizard on Windows IIS servers
- Fixed bug that prevented editing of images, documents or media if the title was a number instead of text.
- Increased default image quality for automatically generated thumbnail images
- Improved performance for section and content deletion.
- Improved performance for email parsing.
