Until now, Big Medium 2: The Complete Guide has been available only as a PDF download, a collection of so many pixels. Me, I prefer my reference guides in physical paper within easy reach, so I’m pleased to finally offer the Big Medium book as a paperback.

At last, an index

Nineteenth-century legal historian Sir Frederick Pollock liked to say, “A man who would publish a book without an index ought to be banished ten miles beyond Hell where the Devil himself could not go because of the stinging nettles.”

Um, yeah. What he said. I’ve corrected this longstanding omission from the Big Medium book, which now features a detailed index.
