What happened to 2.0b22?

Yes, there was a Big Medium 2.0b22, but alas, it was short-lived.

Help with Windows servers

I have a sneaking suspicion that Windows servers may have trouble with some of the changes I've made recently to page building and/or with the new progress bar that gets displayed during the page-building process. I don't have access to a Windows server for testing, and if you're running the 2.0 beta on a Windows server, I could use your help.

If your Windows installation has trouble running the version updater, rebuilding pages or does not display a progress bar when building pages, please shoot me a note at support@globalmoxie.com. If you're comfortable with it, it would be great if I could troubleshoot the problem on your server. I'll need FTP access, along with a administrator access to your Big Medium installation. Thanks!

The Nitty Gritty

• Added the new <%today%> widget which inserts the current date (local server time) at the moment when the visitor requests the page.

• Fixed bug that prevented Apache 2.0 servers from displaying the progress bar for page builds and version updates (didn't display until it hit 100%).

• Fixed bug that caused a broken image link in AJAX "hang on" requests for installations where the bmadmin directory is named something other than bmadmin (e.g., bmadmin2).

• Fixed error that could cause the page builder to get stuck in an endless loop when the page content fit certain specific conditions. Ugly.

• Fixed bug that caused some related links to display with no URL in the link.

• Fixed bug that caused some date-formatting issues for sites that had not yet specified the preferred format.

If you're upgrading from v2.0b21, you can upgrade by uploading only the following files and directories listed below.

In the moxiebin/Modules directory:
