How do I clear my browser's cache?
When upgrading to a new version of Big Medium, some updates require that
you clear your browser’s cache files to give Big Medium a fresh start.
The process varies according to the browser that you use:
Internet Explorer 7
Quit and restart Internet Explorer.
Browse to a non-Big-Medium page.
In Internet Explorer, go to “Tools>Internet Options.” In the
“General” tab, click “Delete...” in the “Browsing history” panel
and click “Delete Files” in the “Temporary Internet Files”
panel.
Click OK to confirm that you really want to do this. Then click OK
again to dismiss the preferences window.
Sign into Big Medium.
Internet Explorer 6
Quit and restart Internet Explorer.
Browse to a non-Big-Medium page.
In Internet Explorer, go to “Tools>Internet Options.” In the
“General” tab, click “Delete Files” in the “Temporary Internet Files”
panel.
Click OK to confirm that you really want to do this. Then click OK
again to dismiss the preferences window.
Sign into Big Medium.
Firefox 2 and Firefox 3
Quit and restart Firefox.
Browse to a non-Big-Medium page.
Go to Firefox preferences, and click the “Advanced” tab. Click the
“Network” sub-tab. Click the “Clear now” button.
Sign into Big Medium.
Firefox 1.5 and Netscape 8
Quit and restart Firefox/Netscape.
Browse to a non-Big-Medium page.
Go to preferences, and click the “Privacy” tab. Click the
“Cache” sub-tab. Click the “Clear cache now” button.
Sign into Big Medium.
Netscape 7
Quit and restart Netscape.
Browse to a non-Big-Medium page.
Go to Netscape preferences, and click “Advanced.” Click “Cache” and then click the “Clear Disk Cache” button.
Click OK.
Sign into Big Medium.
Safari
Quit and restart Safari.
Browse to a non-Big-Medium page.
Select “Empty Cache...” from the Safari menu. Click the “Empty” button.
Sign into Big Medium.
