Why do I get a “Script produced no output" or "CGI Error” message when running Big Medium on a Windows server?

Answer

These are generic error messages that simply tell us that the server ran into trouble trying to run Big Medium. Please see the “Internal Server Error” FAQ page for common causes of these messages.
