Hi Mickey,

It looks like there's a permission problem or some misconfiguration with your server. Specifically, your server is delivering "internal server error messages" for all of Big Medium's JavaScript files. That suggests that the server is trying to execute them as script, but it should just be serving them as regular JavaScript text.

For example, clicking here returns a server error:
http://www.thebusyhouse.co.uk/spyglass/bm/bm.assets/bm.js

Incidentally, the same error shows up if you ask for a file that doesn't exist:
http://www.thebusyhouse.co.uk/spyglass/bm/bm.assets/no-such-file.js

So, because Big Medium can't load its own JavaScript files, all JavaScript-powered features, including the lightbox, are disabled. I recommend checking with your hosting company to see if they can help you sort out why the server is not properly serving those basic JavaScript files.

Hope that helps! As always, please let me know if you have any questions or otherwise run into any problems.

All best,
Josh
