My relationship with the phone is... complicated. Don't take this personally; I love you, I do, and I want to hear from you, just not by telephone.
My work consists of piecing together words and code into something vaguely resembling order, and a ringing phone always scatters those pieces to the wind. No kidding, the phone is my kryptonite. Let's do e-mail instead. Technical topics are better suited to the written word, where details are clear, instructions precise.
